About Centre Court
Scott moved to Tallahassee, FL in 1977 to attend Florida State University, where he graduated with honors after having earned both a Bachelors and Masters degree. After graduation, Scott went to work for the Tallahassee Police Department, where the majority of his career was spent as the Public Information Director. As the public face for this prestigious law enforcement agency for more than two decades, Scott appeared on local and national television countless times, as well as being quoted almost daily in local, regional and national newspapers and other publications. As the spokesperson for the police department, he was interviewed by such notable news media celebrities as Katie Couric, Larry King, Connie Chung, and many others throughout the course of his career.
Scott began preparing for his retirement from government service in the mid-1990’s when he earned his Florida Real Estate Salesperson license, and started conducting real estate business part-time. Over the years he worked to develop top-notch, state-of-the-art real estate skill sets while associated with the local Coldwell Banker and Century 21 franchises, and he retired honorably from the Tallahassee Police Department in 2003.
After retirement, Scott conducted real estate fulltime, and quickly parlayed his name and face recognition into becoming a consistent Multi-Million Dollar producer, and developing vast knowledge and experience in re-sale, new construction, and investment properties.Â
In 2008, Scott realized his #1 professional goal by starting his own real estate brokerage firm – Centre Court Real Estate Group, LLC. He took this bold and innovative step because he knew the real estate profession was changing, and changing drastically. He developed a Business Model for his company that completely changes how customers are charged for real estate services, and puts the financial interests of his customers above all else. Learn more about How you save here.
