buyingLet us pay you to use our professional services!  You heard us correctly!  We pay you to hire us!

In most cases in our area, the Seller pays all sales commissions.  That means you can hire your own agent (Buyer’s Agent) to represent your interests, and it doesn’t cost you a dime.

In traditional real estate practice, if you utilize a Buyer’s Agent, that company is usually paid a minimum commission of 2.5% of the sales price (paid by the Seller) when the transaction closes.  However, in most cases the Buyer’s Agent will usually keep the entire 2.5%.  They normally won’t share it with you – the Buyer.  Traditionally, that is the way it’s always been done.  But Centre Court Real Estate Group is anything but a traditional real estate company.

As a way of thanking you for allowing Centre Court Real Estate Group to be your agent, we share a portion of our sales commission with you. 

When you agree to work exclusively with Centre Court Real Estate Group on the purchase of a property, you will receive 25% of the total commission paid to Centre Court Real Estate Group after the property closes!

Let’s assume that we find a property for you, and the Seller is offering a 2.5% commission on the sales price to us – the Buyer’s Agent.  Let’s further assume that we negotiate a sales price of $300,000, and the property closes.  At closing, Centre Court Real Estate Group will receive a check for 2.5% of the sales price:

But we don’t just say “thank you” and walk away with that $7,500.  Instead, we show our appreciation to you by giving 25% of that commission to you after the transaction closes!

buying2The Seller usually pays all sales commissions, so it costs you nothing to utilize our professional services in the first place.  Not only that, but after the transaction closes, you receive 25% of the commission we received from the Seller.

How many traditional real estate companies do you know that will do that?

NOTE:  This Buyer’s Incentive program does not apply to properties under active Listing Agreement with Centre Court Real Estate Group, LLC.  Buyers will sign an exclusive Buyer’s Representation Agreement with Centre Court Real Estate Group, LLC and submit a deposit.  At closing, this deposit will be returned to the Buyer.
