Q. How does Centre Court Real Estate Group differ from traditional real estate companies?

A. We give our Sellers a choice between paying a large, traditional real estate commission, or a discounted rate based on their needs. With Centre Court Real Estate Group they can save literally thousands and thousands of dollars in commission costs. A traditional real estate company will usually want to lock you into a minimum 5%-6% sales commission when you sell your home. We only charge you 2%.

Q. How can Centre Court Real Estate Group afford to provide the same real estate services for so much less than traditional companies?

A. Easy! We do so by substantially reducing our overhead expenses. We don’t have a multi-million dollar office building with a huge mortgage or lease payment; nor do we have to pay insurance or property taxes on that building, or a large utility bill to heat and cool it. We do not employ a large salaried administrative staff with all those attendant costs. We do not have 15-20 phone and fax lines, and we don’t spend thousands of dollars a month to lease furniture, or pay to have the building cleaned, nor any of the countless other expenses that traditional companies usually have. A. Market research shows conclusively that Buyers utilize the Internet extensively when searching for a property to purchase. Therefore, we think it’s only logical to use the Internet to advertise the properties we have under listing agreement. We have developed a state-of-the-art website that is easy to navigate where all of our listings are prominently displayed. Each individual listing contains all of the relevant information a potential buyer will want to know, including detailed, color photos. But we don’t stop there. We then post our website link on notable search engines like Google, Yahoo, GoDaddy, AltaVista, Lycos, and many others. But we don’t stop there, either. Over the many years of real estate practice in Tallahassee and the surrounding areas, we have developed an extensive e-mail database with literally thousands of e-mail addresses. After developing a professional, color e-mail brochure, it is sent to every address on our database.

Q. What if I want Centre Court Real Estate Group to advertise my property in the newspaper and other local real estate publications?

A. We are more than happy to accommodate your request. We have established accounts with the various print companies in our market, and it is very easy to have your property advertised. But the really good news is that you only pay for this advertising as it occurs. For example, if a color ad in the real estate section of the local newspaper costs $60 or $70 per ad, then you merely give Centre Court Real Estate Group a check for the exact cost of the ad, and your ad is published. We don’t pad the actual cost and keep the difference. Again, we want you to keep as much of your money as possible.

Q. What if I want Centre Court Real Estate Group to hold an Open House for my property?

A. Again, that is no problem at all. You pay only for those Open Houses we hold for you. Our philosophy is simple – why should the customer pay for services before they occur? We believe in a “pay-as-you-go” plan, so you are able to keep more of your money, and only spend it when the service is provided.
