Each individual listing contains all of the relevant information a potential buyer will want to know, including detailed, color photos. But we don’t stop there. We then post our website link on notable search engines like Google, Yahoo, GoDaddy, AltaVista, Lycos, and many others. But we don’t stop there, either. Over the many years of real estate practice in Tallahassee and the surrounding areas, we have developed an extensive e-mail database with literally thousands of e-mail addresses. After developing a professional, color e-mail brochure, it is sent to every address on our database.
Q. What if I want Centre Court Real Estate Group to advertise my property in the newspaper and other local real estate publications?
A. We are more than happy to accommodate your request. We have established accounts with the various print companies in our market, and it is very easy to have your property advertised. But the really good news is that you only pay for this advertising as it occurs. For example, if a color ad in the real estate section of the local newspaper costs $60 or $70 per ad, then you merely give Centre Court Real Estate Group a check for the exact cost of the ad, and your ad is published. We don’t pad the actual cost and keep the difference. Again, we want you to keep as much of your money as possible.

A. Again, that is no problem at all. You pay only for those Open Houses we hold for you. Our philosophy is simple – why should the customer pay for services before they occur?
