Flat Fee Services

servicesCentre Court Real Estate Group is also unique in that we offer Buyers and Sellers both consultation services, and a “menu” of other related real estate services based on a flat fee structure.  We know there will be many occasions where these Buyers or Sellers may not require the full involvement of a real estate agent, but they may have questions about procedures or requirements.

If they choose to market their own property (Sellers) or find a property to purchase (Buyers) without the services of a licensed agent, there are literally hundreds of questions and/or issues that could come up in the course of a transaction.  This is when it would be convenient to have someone they could call to act as a consultant, and only be charged an affordable flat fee for these services.

Here are just a few of the many consultation and flat fee services we offer:
  • FSBO Listing in MLS:

A homeowner is selling their property as a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) and does not need a real estate agent to list their property as a Listing Agent.  But, they want their property listed in the MLS because of the exposure MLS brings.  They can pay Centre Court Real Estate Group a negotiable, flat-rate fee and we will list it in MLS for them for a specified period of time.
  • Contract Preparation

A FSBO and a Buyer have reached an agreement on the sale/purchase of a property without either party having a licensed real estate agent representing them.  But they need help filling out the sales contract properly.  Centre Court Real Estate Group will provide this limited service for a negotiable, flat fee.
  • Consultation Service

A Buyer has located a FSBO property that they wish to purchase, and they want to do so without hiring their own agent.  But, they want an opinion on what a fair price would be to pay for the house.  Centre Court Real Estate Group will provide this limited service for a negotiable, flat fee.
  • Determining Listing Price

Perhaps a FSBO wants to sell their home without the involvement of a Listing Agent.  But, they need to know what properties in their area are selling for at the time.  They are able to access the records on-line at the Clerk of the Court’s website, but those records do not tell them whether a particular sale was an “arms length” transaction; nor do they know how much of the Buyer’s closing costs a Seller paid which influenced the sales price, etc.  For a negotiable, flat fee, Centre Court Real Estate Group will access the MLS to determine as much information as possible to help the FSBO reach a reasonable listing price.

There are literally hundreds of other questions or issues that may come up during the course of a real estate transaction, and Buyers and Sellers can always rely on the knowledge and expertise of Centre Court Real Estate Group to help them when they need it the most.
